A Pleasure, Comrades!

Synopsis

Eduarda, João, and Mick arrive in central Portugal in 1975, a year after the Carnation Revolution. They join cooperative farms to assist with agriculture and livestock. Their tasks include providing medical appointments, teaching family planning, and screening sexual education films. They also engage in traditional dances with local residents. While they bring questions about their work, the local community has its own inquiries about the newcomers and their intentions.
