Synopsis
At a summer camp in Hungary, former campers gather 25 years after their childhood holidays in the 1980s. They return to the site of their youthful adventures, reflecting on the political climate that shaped their experiences. Through candid conversations, they confront lingering memories and unresolved issues from their past. Personal stories of joy and trauma emerge as they seek closure and understanding of their identities during a time of significant change in their country. Directed by Judit Oláh, "Return to Epipo" runs for 84 minutes.
