Synopsis
Lao-Tong, the headman of a village in the Thai mountains, first met photographer PeÅ Holmquist in the late 1960s. After nearly three decades, Holmquist returns to the village to reconnect with Lao-Tong. The film captures their reunion and reflects on the changes that have occurred in the community over the years. Through their interactions, the documentary presents a personal narrative of memory and transformation in a remote part of Thailand.
