Synopsis

Laos, a land of stunning landscapes and rich culture, features diverse characters navigating its unique terrain. Leua, an itinerant vendor, travels the Upper Mekong with his family, showcasing the river's significance. Pheng, a meditator, explores remote areas in an old army truck, seeking wisdom along the Buddhist path. In the south, Sohane, a fisherman, risks his life at the Khone Phapheng Falls, the largest in Southeast Asia, relying on the spirits of the Mekong.
