Synopsis

Yunlin, known as "the cloud forest," features dense forests and abundant clouds. It relies heavily on agriculture and fishery for its economy. Over time, the forest has diminished, yet the clouds continue to linger above. The changing environment alters the way the area is perceived. The documentary captures the ongoing transformation of Yunlin. It reflects on the relationship between the land and the people who depend on it for their livelihoods.
