The mountain range stretches approximately 25 km long and 10 km wide, with Dahanyang Peak rising to 1,474 meters. Surrounded by Jiujiang city, the Yangtze River, and Poyang Lake, Mount Lu is enveloped in clouds for nearly 200 days each year. As part of Lushan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996, it attracts numerous tourists, particularly during the cooler summer months.
