Synopsis

Inside the Grissinopoli breadsticks factory, 16 workers refuse to leave after their owners abandon the site due to bankruptcy. They occupy the factory, determined to keep it running. By forming a worker cooperative, they attempt to manage operations on their own. Their struggle reflects the challenges of unemployment and the fight to maintain their livelihoods.
