Synopsis

At Longwu Temple, a secluded site with no more than 20 monks, 17-year-old Jigme faces a critical choice. With only 11 monks remaining, the temple lacks enough junior monks to receive precepts during the summer retreat. The seniors select three young monks for this task, and Jigme contemplates his future. He reflects on the decision to renounce his life or join the secular world. One night, he carefully cleans his sutra, aware that he stands at a crossroads.
