Synopsis
Günther Anders boarded a plane on June 24, 1958, heading to Japan. He intended to attend the Fourth World Conference Against Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs and for Disarmament. Anders later reflected on this experience in his book “The Man on the Bridge: Diary from Hiroshima and Nagasaki.” The film presents his thoughts on nuclear weapons and disarmament during a critical time in history. Directed by Daniele Grosso, it runs for six minutes.
