In June 2018, the Tham Luang cave system in Northern Thailand became the site of a dramatic rescue operation. Twelve boys from the Wild Boars soccer team and their coach were trapped by rising floodwaters. The Rescue details the efforts of Thai authorities and international divers, including members of the British Cave Rescue Council, as they faced logistical challenges and devised innovative techniques to extract the group. After 18 days, all thirteen individuals were successfully rescued.
