Synopsis
On June 23, 2018, twelve boys from the Wild Boars soccer team and their coach became trapped in the Tham Luang Cave in northern Thailand after heavy rainfall flooded the cave system. Local rescuers initially searched without success. An international team, including divers from the United Kingdom, joined the effort. After 18 days of risky operations involving flooded passages, the boys were finally rescued.
