Synopsis

Fabrizio Maltese travels from Saint Louis in Senegal to Nouakchott in Mauritania. He attempts to continue a film started by Abderrahmane Sissako and Pol Cruchten. Cruchten has died. Fabrizio carries notes given to him by the two filmmakers. He journeys alone into the desert, drifting from Mata Moulana to Chinguetti. He seeks to honor the project that was important to his late friend. The film runs for 78 minutes and was released in 2022.
