In a Hong Kong elderly home, the Chans rely on their unmarried middle-aged daughter for support as they face the challenges of aging. Over two years, "Snuggle" follows three families grappling with the realities of elderly care and impending loss. The Lees endure multiple tragedies, with the patriarch mourning the deaths of his daughter and wife while his son seeks solace in faith. Lam Siu Ming cares for his cancer-stricken mother, who abandoned him in childhood, fulfilling his filial duties amidst personal turmoil. Commissioned by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, the documentary presents intimate portrayals of life and death.
