Synopsis

Cormorants inhabit diverse environments across the globe. In China, fishermen use the birds for fishing. In Peru, their droppings serve as fertilizer. Icelanders prepare cormorant dishes for dinner. In the Galapagos, the cormorant has adapted by abandoning flight, living peacefully within its ecosystem.
