Synopsis

Khadijeh cares for a stork in Iran, nursing it back to health after its wings were injured by high-voltage wires. At the same time, she faces a personal challenge: convincing her daughter not to emigrate to the UK. Khadijeh believes that both tasks are equally important, yet she finds it much harder to change her daughter's mind than to help the bird. The film follows her efforts as she balances these two responsibilities.
