Synopsis

At the Edhi children’s shelter in Karachi, founder Abdul Sattar Edhi dedicates his life to helping runaways. Over three years, the film follows the daily lives of children seeking refuge and the staff who support them. A spirited child brings hope, while an ambulance driver assists those in need. These Birds Walk presents a detailed look at the challenges faced by vulnerable children and the efforts of those committed to their care. The documentary runs for 71 minutes and is directed by Bassam Tariq.
