Synopsis
Mihkku Laiti, an 18-year-old Sámi rapper, lives in Sámiland's northernmost region. He competes on Talent Suomi and wears self-styled Sámi clothing. Mihkku combines rap and yoik, while also designing a clothing brand on his computer. He balances his music ambitions with the labor of reindeer herding. Mihkku reflects on his future, torn between following his father's path and pursuing his dreams. Petteri Saario directed this 75-minute documentary released in 2023.
