He works to sustain his music career while advocating for the preservation of the Sámi language, spoken by fewer than 20,000 people. The film captures his efforts to connect with audiences despite linguistic barriers. It also addresses the challenges faced by the Samí community in maintaining their cultural heritage. Directed by Simen Braathen, "Arctic Superstar" runs for 70 minutes and was released in 2016.
