Synopsis

Leonardo Iriarte, the 2011 Mr. Los Angeles Leather, is among the members of Payasos L.A., a group of gay Latino men who wear clown make-up and perform at leather bars. The 9-minute documentary captures their vibrant fund-raising parties and the community's efforts to redefine philanthropy. Through intimate scenes, it presents the unique blend of performance and activism that characterizes the Payasos' mission to make a positive impact in their surroundings.
