Synopsis
Naples’ back alleys and Times Square’s bright lights form the backdrop of “Pizzas.” The film traces the history of pizza from its origins in Marseille, where pizza vans were invented, to the Bronx’s Neapolitan style and Naples’ margarita. It features interviews with pizza chefs who have operated their businesses for up to five generations.
