Synopsis

Young women from a remote village in Northern Vietnam work in factories in a Hanoi suburb. These factories produce goods for major electronic brands. The women face strict rules and tight control in their daily lives at the industrial site. Their routines reflect a culture of hard work and obedience. The documentary details the conditions these workers endure, including the challenges they encounter in the workplace and the structure of the production chain.
