Synopsis

Magda Homann, a young girl from Germany, becomes a victim of the turmoil during two World Wars. Caught between Kaiser's Germany and Tsarist Russia, she is taken by the NKVD, and her fate remains unknown. Seventy years later, her grandson from Germany and Ukraine embarks on a search for her lost trail. Directed by Denis Sobolev, the 2022 documentary runs for 95 minutes.
