Synopsis

Thirteen-year-old Alex traveled to Serbia for what was meant to be a vacation. Four years later, he remained unable to return home, having lost contact with his birthplace. For twenty years, Alex stayed in Serbia, experiencing life away from his original country. The documentary looks at his long absence and the events that led to his extended stay.
