Synopsis

Basri, an 8-year-old boy, travels to the Macedonian mountains to join his brothers. They tend to hundreds of sheep with the help of large dogs that guard against wolves. Basri experiences a sense of freedom on the mountainside. His teenage brothers, while shepherding, dream of life beyond the mountains. This documentary follows their daily routines and aspirations during the summer of 2025. It runs for 52 minutes.
