Synopsis
Berta Cáceres, an Indigenous leader and environmental activist, was assassinated in 2016. Hours before her death, she wrote down the names of those she believed wanted to kill her. Following her murder, her friends and family work to identify the perpetrators. They gather evidence and testimonies in Honduras, seeking justice for her death. The documentary presents their struggle against corruption and violence in a country where environmental activism often leads to deadly consequences.
