Synopsis
Adrian Pirvu, a half-blind Romanian director born in 1986, travels to Ukraine after the end of a long-term relationship. His mother connects his visual impairment to the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. In Ukraine, he meets a young woman who changes his outlook on life. "Everything Will Not Be Fine" addresses the lasting personal effects of Chernobyl while linking past traumas to present relationships. The documentary runs for 82 minutes and includes English, Romanian, and Ukrainian dialogue.
