Synopsis

A group of Filipino domestic workers in Cyprus gathers each Sunday to prepare for a beauty pageant organized by their local community. This event provides a rare opportunity for the participants to express their individuality and redefine their roles as migrant workers. However, the pageant takes place against a grim backdrop, as a serial killer has targeted foreign female workers, claiming four victims from the Filipino community. Participants and organizers unite to honor the victims while addressing the societal issues of gender, race, and class that shape their lives.
