Synopsis

Sugan Yibu, a substitute teacher in his hometown, navigates life after losing his father at a young age. He and his mother support each other through hardships. Since the village was electrified in 2012, Sugan has gained access to television, allowing him to follow the news daily. He appreciates the educational efforts of volunteers who come to the village, yet he grows increasingly critical of local government policies as he learns more about the law.
