Synopsis
A nomadic Mongol family traverses the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China, following their herds across northern landscapes. In the first part of the film, their traditional lifestyle is depicted during seasonal migrations. The second part shifts focus to contemporary Mongols adapting to a more sedentary existence, influenced by Chinese government policies.
