Chef Jimmy Lee Hill leads a gourmet culinary training program at Lakeland Correctional Facility in Coldwater, Michigan. For 30 years, he has taught inmates valuable cooking skills to help them secure jobs after release. As he approaches retirement, tensions rise regarding a specific trainee's potential.
