Synopsis

Artist Igor gathers with friends in Chernobyl, thirty-five years after the 1986 nuclear disaster. They aim to transform the Exclusion Zone into a venue for a rave, seeking to redefine its legacy from a symbol of Soviet failure to a space for creativity and innovation. Their plans encounter obstacles, including bureaucratic corruption and societal pushback. The film captures the generational divide between traditional perspectives and the ambitions of a new wave of artists and activists in post-Soviet society.
