Synopsis

Boreak, a six-year-old boy, lost his right arm in a landmine accident in Cambodia. He now lives in a home for young landmine victims in Siem Reap. The facility is operated by Aki Ra, a former Khmer Rouge soldier. Aki Ra seeks to make amends for his past by helping to remove the millions of landmines still buried in Cambodia. Aki Ra's Boys, directed by James Leong and Lynn Lee, premiered at the Singapore International Film Festival in 2007.
