Luther Perez, a former ballet star in the Philippines, teaches dance to children and youth in Quezon City’s urban poor districts. He surrendered his US Green Card to continue the work of Eddie Elejar, his close friend, and Tony Fabella, his late partner. Together, they aimed to empower marginalized communities through ballet. The film runs for 95 minutes.
