Synopsis
Roman Baca stands at the helm of the Exit12 Dance Company in New York City, where he channels his experiences as a US Marine who served two tours in Fallujah. After returning home, he confronts depression and anxiety, finding solace in ballet, encouraged by his wife, Lisa. Through dance, Baca collaborates with fellow veterans and military families to express the impacts of war and reshape perceptions of the veteran community. The documentary runs for 24 minutes and was directed by Mohammad Gorjestani.
