Synopsis

Val'ka, Lyudka, Zhen'ka, and Natasha live in the village of Zvizzhi, a short walk from the town of Nikola-Lenivets, home to the Arkhstoyaniye festival. Natasha shares her life with Valerka, a man with a criminal past who repairs electric wires. Valerka spends his nights with Zhen'ka, while Val'ka and Lyudka reminisce over drinks in their vegetable garden. The villagers, unaware of the festival's existence, decide to visit their neighbors during the event, bridging two contrasting worlds.
