Gaddings Dam in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, is home to the UK’s highest beach and a vibrant community of cold water swimmers. Over 16 months, the film captures the changing seasons and the swimmers' experiences as they immerse themselves in the icy waters. Participants share how cold water swimming aids their mental health and fosters a connection to their identity and the natural environment.
