Synopsis

Tutik, a retired teacher in Indonesia, has two children with different career paths. Iwan, her son, works as a civil servant at the regent's office. He follows his parents' example. His sister, Ika, has chosen to work in a private company instead. The family discusses their contrasting decisions. They navigate the stigma that civil servants hold higher status in Indonesian society. Despite their choices, they maintain mutual respect for each other's careers, affirming that all jobs have dignity.
