Synopsis
Abbas Fahdel begins his film with a protest in Paris on February 15, 2003, against the impending war in Iraq. He returns to Baghdad to document daily life as tensions rise. Fahdel joins his brother's family as they prepare for conflict. When the war starts, he returns to France and loses contact with them. Two months later, he finds Baghdad in chaos after the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime. Amid the destruction, the film captures the hopes of the people for a better future.
