Muzafar Ali and his wife Nagina fled Afghanistan in December 2012, escaping the Taliban. They became refugees in Indonesia as Australia restricted boat arrivals. In response to their situation, they established a small two-room school. This initiative quickly grew into a community hub, recognized as the most successful refugee-led project in the world.
