Synopsis
A young journalist finds himself stranded at a dam in Abkhazia, a region that has operated independently of Georgia since the civil war in the early 1990s. The dam marks a physical divide yet also connects both sides through a hydroelectric power station. Underground, water flows freely for fifteen kilometres, crossing the border. Stories of division arise as the journalist encounters local perspectives on the conflict and the shared resources that bind the area.
