Synopsis
Otar Iosseliani's documentary "Georgia, Alone" presents a vivid portrayal of Georgia during the tumultuous period of the Chechen war. It contrasts the lives of two KGB-affiliated politicians: Zviad Gamsakhurdia, who faced exile, and Eduard Shevardnadze, who became president.
