Synopsis
Azerbaijan and Armenia face ongoing tensions over the Nagorno-Karabakh region, home to an ethnic Armenian majority. "Under the Same Sun" features interviews with writers, activists, and citizens from both sides. The film presents their stories against a backdrop of rising ethnic nationalism and propaganda. Through their voices, it addresses issues of identity and human rights in the South Caucasus. Directed by François Jacob, the documentary runs for 97 minutes.
