Synopsis

Edivaldo, a longtime resident of São Paulo's coastal port city, captures the changes in his neighborhood through his camera. As infrastructure projects and tourism reshape the area, young Iara seeks a new home in Topolândia, facing the disruptions caused by a nearby highway construction. Their lives intertwine amid these transformations, culminating in an unprecedented storm that strikes the city.
