Synopsis
A long-haul truck driver works across European motorways while a babysitter and laborers take jobs in Austria and Germany. All three are from Slovakia and left their country after it joined the EU. Each tries to adjust to their new environments during week-long work shifts. They miss their children and partners back home. They sought better pay but face uncertainty about their futures and relationships when they eventually return.
