Synopsis

Masha stands at a crossroads in Spring 2022, preparing to leave Russia as her world unravels. Her mother’s death from cancer and her lover’s flight from army conscription mark a series of painful farewells. To cope with her grief, Masha turns to her camera, capturing the local underground scene that offers solace to many young Russians. The film presents a fragmented portrait of her emotional turmoil against the backdrop of a nation in turmoil.
