Synopsis
A child watches from behind the vegetation as men in yellow suits collect remnants of a lost civilization in Cuba. They work beneath the torchlight in a futuristic, geometric structure, remnants of a former agronomy school. The “citrus tristeza virus” has devastated local orange trees, impacting families in the region. These men, known as “New Men,” apply modern techniques to revive the declining citrus industry amid the ruins of their agricultural past.
