Synopsis

Robert, a young Dane, finds himself shanghaied in Marseille and taken to Acapulco before being abducted to the South Pacific. In this unfamiliar land, he kills his father and seduces his mother. As he navigates his new surroundings, Robert encounters a changing world. The narrative culminates in a Polynesian village, where the chief presents him with a girl of his age-class.
