Synopsis
At Cape Horn, three men set out across the southern ocean, leaving their families behind. They seek to connect with isolated fishermen, each motivated by personal reasons-some driven by greed, others by a love for the sea or family obligations. As they face cold waters and fierce storms, their experiences reveal the challenges of preserving an endangered traditional livelihood. Directed by Benjamin Colaux, Austral runs for 97 minutes and features Spanish dialogue.
