Synopsis
Sergio Chamy, an 83-year-old man, enters a nursing home in El Monte, Chile, under the guise of a new resident. Hired by private investigator Rómulo Aitken, Sergio's mission is to determine if Sonia, a resident and Rómulo's client, is being mistreated. As he interacts with other residents like Berta and Marta, he uncovers their struggles with loneliness and memory loss. After his investigation, Sergio concludes that Sonia is well cared for, but he emphasizes the neglect from families as a significant issue affecting the elderly.
