Synopsis

At the Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv, known as “Ha’TaChana Ha’Merkazit,” Filipino workers have formed a vibrant community. Many of these individuals are caregivers who have left their families behind to support them financially. Within this small Filipino center, thousands of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) gather to find comfort and connection. The 14-minute documentary captures their daily lives and the bonds they create in a foreign land while caring for others.
